  • We will develop a list of professional vendors
  • We will negotiate with caterers, and all other vendors
  • We will become the liaison between you and the vendors
  • We will create a reception site floor plan
  • We will retain copies of vendor contracts and contact vendors prior to event
 
 
 
Rehearsal
  • We will work with the wedding party to understand the events of the wedding
  • We will rehearse the wedding party through the ceremony until we feel that we have everyone ready to make the day perfect
Wedding Day
  • We will coordinate and manage the set up of the ceremony and reception details
  • We will assist you with making sure that you have what you need to get ready for your day
  • We will handle all emergencies
